Hotel Segovia Regency does not collect sensitive personal data of any kind and, in any case, when such data is required, the express consent of the owner will always be obtained in order to process said data.

You may, at any time, limit the use or disclosure of the personal data provided and/or request that Hotel Segovia Regency cease sending you commercial communications by sending an email to the address and telephone number provided by the hotel, stating that you do not wish to receive any commercial communications from the hotel from that date.

You may also, at any time, exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO) with regard to the personal data that you have provided to us, which may be exercised in the following ways:

1) You may contact our Data Protection Office by email, telephone or in person (the contact details of which are set out in the second paragraph of this notice), who will send you and/or, where appropriate, advise you on how to complete the request form corresponding to the ARCO right you wish to exercise. They may also indicate whether the forms are available online.
