For the purposes described in this privacy policy, we may collect your personal data in different ways: When you stay at the Hotel Segovia Regency and fill in the registration forms, when you visit our website, when you request a quote from any area of the hotel, when you use any of the services provided by and/or dependent on the Hotel Segovia Regency and, in general, when personal data is obtained by any means permitted by law.

Hotel Segovia Regency does not collect sensitive personal data of any kind and, in any case, when such data is required, the express consent of the owner will always be obtained in order to process said data.
You may, at any time, limit the use or disclosure of the personal data provided and/or request that Hotel Segovia Regency cease sending you commercial communications by sending an email to the address and telephone number provided by the hotel, stating that you do not wish to receive any commercial communications from the hotel from that date.
You may also, at any time, exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO) with regard to the personal data that you have provided to us, which may be exercised in the following ways:
1) You may contact our Data Protection Office by email, telephone or in person (the contact details of which are set out in the second paragraph of this notice), who will send you and/or, where appropriate, advise you on how to complete the request form corresponding to the ARCO right you wish to exercise. They may also indicate whether the forms are available online.
2) Once you have duly completed the application for the ARCO Right you wish to exercise, you must enclose the following document with your application: Official identification proving that you are the owner of the personal data or a document proving that you have the power of attorney to exercise this Right on your behalf.
3) The person who assists you at the Data Protection Office will inform you of the response time and the means by which the response will be made available to you.
The procedure will always be free of charge and the holder will only have to bear the cost of providing the reply (sending by registered mail and/or copies); however, if the holder repeats their request in a period of less than twelve months, the provisions of article 35 of the federal law on personal data held by private parties will be applied.
The authorisation to process the personal data provided to Hotel Segovia Regency, for the aforementioned purposes may be cancelled by means of a written request addressed to the Data Protection Officer, signed by the data subject and accompanied by a copy of an official document proving their identity.
We also inform you that your personal data may be transferred and processed inside and outside the country, by persons other than this company, for the following purposes: making your reservation, billing and sending promotions.
